Jason Walker is a life long Kansas City Missouri resident. Specifically he has spent his life in the Northland. He was born in Smithville, MO, graduated from Park Hill High School, went to Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO, then returned to the Northland. He now lives in Smithville, MO. In the fall of 2020 after becoming a fully licensed Insurance Agent, he launched The Walker Group, a full service Insurance agency in Smithville, Missouri. He was a captive agent with Farmers Insurance. 

In August 2024 The Walker Group became an Independent Insurance agency. Partnering with Lasting Mark and Secure Insurance Group, we are able to offer our clients much better rates and policies. 

In March of 2025 Jason partnered with Askins Insurance Team as he moved into the Medicare space. 

Jason is a husband, father of 3 daughters, and grandfather of 1 granddaughter. In his free time, he runs a large travel softball organization and coaches several teams.
